Platform & Website Terms

The responsibilities, limitations and conditions applying to Iron Watch.

Version 1.0Effective 31 August 2026
Iron WatchOperated by CornermanABN 36 924 978 461shakeeb@cornerman.agency
01

Purpose and customer responsibility

Iron Watch provides software for security workforce operations, rostering, credential monitoring, compliance visibility, reporting and related functions. It does not provide legal, employment, industrial-relations or regulatory advice.

The customer remains responsible for its business and regulated activities, including licences, credential verification, staffing, licence conditions, legally required records, workplace and contractor obligations, fatigue and safety, site procedures, regulatory notifications and interpretation of applicable requirements.

02

No government endorsement or compliance guarantee

Iron Watch is not represented as approved, certified, endorsed or accredited by the NSW Security Licensing & Enforcement Directorate, NSW Police Force or any other authority unless that authority expressly confirms it in writing.

Credential reminders, attendance records, dashboards, audit packs and reports assist recordkeeping and readiness. They do not certify legal compliance or guarantee an audit outcome. Regulatory requirements may change.

03

Electronic attendance

Electronic sign-on, sign-off and attendance functions are operational recordkeeping tools. Unless appropriate legal or regulatory review confirms otherwise, customers must not assume an Iron Watch electronic record replaces every statutory register, record or procedure.

Iron Watch assists with workforce attendance records and audit preparation. Licence holders remain responsible for determining and meeting their statutory recordkeeping obligations.

04

Credentials and rostering

Credential status is based on information recorded in Iron Watch. Iron Watch does not guarantee the authenticity of a licence, credential or uploaded document. Customers remain responsible for verification with an issuing body where required.

Roster Copilot may consider availability, credential status, conflicts, site requirements, workload, rest and company policy. A recommendation is not a guarantee that an assignment is lawful, safe or industrially compliant. Configured working-hour, fatigue, break or overtime thresholds are customer operational rules, not legal advice.

05

AI and availability

AI can produce errors, omissions or unexpected results and requires appropriate human oversight. Critical operational functions are designed so that an AI outage does not prevent core workforce operations. No uninterrupted third-party AI service is guaranteed.

Iron Watch seeks reliable service but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. Customers should maintain reasonable contingency procedures for critical security operations.

06

Customer data and prohibited use

The customer retains rights in customer data, subject to Iron Watch processing it to provide, secure and support the service. Customers warrant they have authority to upload and process information.

  • Do not access another tenant without authority or defeat access controls
  • Do not upload unlawful material, falsify credentials or facilitate unlicensed activity
  • Do not misuse worker information or conduct unlawful surveillance
  • Do not make prohibited discriminatory decisions, extract another customer’s data or introduce malware
07

Suspension, continuity and third parties

Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, serious misuse, non-payment or prevention of material harm. Notice will be given where reasonably practicable.

Iron Watch maintains platform backup and recovery controls appropriate to the service. Customers remain responsible for independent records required for business continuity or law. Third-party services have their own availability and terms.

08

Australian Consumer Law, liability and indemnity

Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Watch is not responsible for loss arising solely from inaccurate customer-supplied information, failure to verify credentials, configuration error, unlawful staffing decisions, non-compliance, misuse, customer credential compromise or third-party outages outside reasonable control. No limitation applies where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, a customer is responsible for loss arising from unlawful use, infringement, unauthorised provision of personal information or deliberate misuse. This does not require indemnity for Iron Watch’s own negligence, breach or unlawful conduct where that would be prohibited or unfair.

09

Intellectual property and governing law

Iron Watch software, workflows, designs, documentation, algorithms, branding and architecture remain the intellectual property of the applicable owner or licensor. These terms are governed by New South Wales law, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
